As a marriage counselor and sex therapist, I have often been astounded at how many married women are not experiencing orgasms with their husbands. Some of these women have never experienced them at all, and others have become so turned off to sex that they just don’t try anymore.
Enjoying orgasms not only feels good, its benefits are numerous.
Sexually frustrated people tend to eat more, drink more, and are not as relaxed. Having orgasms releases powerful hormones in the body. Contractions in the uterus during orgasms strengthen the muscles and can reduce menstrual cramps. Having orgasms burns calories, and if actively having sex it can be a good cardio workout…who would have thought that orgasms were so powerful?
Every women is capable of achieving an orgasm; there are very few medical reasons why a women cannot have an orgasm. It can be learned, and there are techniques that all women should know to give themselves the gift of orgasms!
For example, in my upcoming six-week online class on female orgasm, one of the topics of discussion will be strengthening the PC muscles so that women can experience more powerful orgasms. We will also be talking about using erotic material to stimulate a woman’s mind so that her thoughts and vagina can make that connection necessary to her achieving the almighty O.
